Anak Kecil Boleh Beli Rokok, Kalau ....

Malam Lebaran hari kedua di Indomart Margonda, dekat Gang Kober.

Penjaga Indomart: "Beli apa, Dek?"
Anak kecil di depan saya: "Djisamsoe satu."
Saya: "Rokoknya buat siapa, Dek?"
Anak kecil itu: "Bapak saya."

Tiba giliran saya.

Saya: "Mba, bukannya anak kecil gak boleh beli rokok ya, Mba?"
Si Penjaga: "Gak juga, Mba. Kalo kita tahu rokok itu buat siapa, ya kita kasih aja."
Saya: "HEH??"


Dalam perjalanan pulang ke kos.

Saya:
"Itu karena dia dengar gw nanya si anak itu, makanya dia bisa kasih alasan itu. Lagian sejak kapan ada alasan kya gitu? Apa gunanya etalase rokok selalu dibikin di belakang kasir? Atau posisinya dibikin lebih tinggi daripada lolipop yang suka ada di dekat kasir? Itu biar anak kecil ga bisa ngambil rokok. Sejak kapan ada excuse kya gitu? Lagian, itu malah bikin orang dewasa bisa seenaknya nyuruh anak kecil beli rokok. Bener-bener minta diprotes!"

Teman saya tersenyum simpul.

Ads: PC vs Mac

I am a PC. I know how some people keep comparing PC to Mac or vice versa. I myself never and will never be involved in any. Simply because I use PC from the first time, never try using Mac, and don't think willingly enough to get out of my comfort zone.

I am a youtube stalker and an advertisement's lover. Seriously! Watching and criticizing advertisements are ways more interesting than the TV show itself. And that brings me to these advertisements, linking through some recommended videos in my youtube account. These ads are just ... smart and funny! It is not because Justin Long is smart and funny (Oh, how I love this guy so much!), but because the scripts were.

Ad war is not a new thing. The most famous one, I think, is Coca Cola versus Pepsi. I loved Coca Cola's jingle, but my most favorit ad was this one. By the way, I am a Greensand.



Someday, I'll come back to post about ethics in advertisement, if they remain exist.
